New Phytologist Special Issue: Impact of Global Change on the Plant Microbiome

Edited by Francis Martin, Stéphane Hacquard and Ertao Wang

Submission deadline: 31 July 2021

Plant-associated microorganisms may be invisible to the eye, yet they play a key role in the future sustainability of terrestrial ecosystems — from arable lands to rainforests, through tundra to deserts. In this Special Collection, we will bring together papers that address the impact of global change on the plant microbiome and the role plant associated microorganisms have in this challenge. Papers across all scales from the genomic to ecosystem level, including above and below-ground interactions, are encouraged.
