We're very excited to announce that delegate applications for New Phytologist next generation scientists 2022 have opened!
The meeting is free to attend, but you'll need to apply. Here's what you need to know:

New Phytologist next generation scientists is exclusively for early career researchers. This includes students and researchers with up to five years' experience since gaining or defending their PhD. Career breaks don't count towards the total.
- In-person delegates will receive free registration and accommodation, and a financial contribution towards their travel. Virtual delegates will be able to attend for free.
How do I apply?
You'll need to provide:
- a poster abstract
- a 200 word personal statement
- your curriculum vitae
- a letter of recommendation / reference from someone who knows your work well
