Evidence for lipid transfer in arbuscular mycorrhiza

Dr Maria Harrison of the Boyce Thompson Institute and Dr Peter Dörmann of the University of Bonn lead a study that provides the first experimental evidence to suggest that arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi obtain lipids from host plants.
