Funding available - call for New Phytologist Symposia and Workshop proposals

Last updated: 21 Dec, 2018

Funding of up to £43k is available to run New Phytologist Symposia and Workshops, with slots available for 2021 onwards. The application deadline for Symposia proposals is 28th February 2019.

The internationally renowned series of New Phytologist Symposia aims to support emerging and key areas of research. These meetings usually last between one and three days, with invited speakers and a maximum of 120 delegates. In this way we hope to provide an informal atmosphere for the stimulation and exchange of ideas and the building of collaborations. We particularly encourage the involvement of early career researchers, and as such a number of travel grants will be awarded in association with each meeting.
