Professor Francis Martin has been named a Knight in the French Légion of Honour. This class of the Legion of Honour is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated considerable merit through the "flawless performance of one's trade" in civil life.
Francis has been an Editor of New Phytologist since 1991, and is currently Section Editor for the Interaction section. He leads the Cluster of Excellence ARBRE, at INRA-Nancy. Watch an interview with Francis below:
