Registration, refund, cancellation policy

Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing (via email/fax) 28 days prior to the meeting start date. No refunds (partial or full) can be granted after this date. Requests for substitutions should be sent to the symposium administration and will normally be granted depending on space.

The registration fee includes:

Two lunches (Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 September)
Coffee / tea breaks throughout
Poster and drinks reception on Wednesday 4 September

The symposium dinner will be held on site at Kew at Cambridge Cottage 19:30 on Wednesday 4 September. Spaces for the dinner are currently full. Please email np-symposia@lancaster.ac.uk if you would like to be put on a waiting list.

Posters

If you wish to submit a poster, please complete the form on the poster abstract submission page by Monday 8 July. We recommend that you register before this date, to reserve a place at the symposium, and then submit your poster abstract before the 8 July deadline.

Please note that registration may be closed early if we reach capacity for the symposium, so we recommend that you register as early as possible.
