If you've already registered (and have a registration code) but haven't paid please enter your registration code. This allows you to make your payment & complete your registration.

Registration, refund, cancellation policy

Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing (via email/fax) 28 days prior to the meeting start date. No refunds (partial or full) can be granted after this date. Requests for substitutions should be sent to the symposium administration and will normally be granted depending on space.

Registration Options

Regular  $200 USD
Student  $140 USD


The registration fee includes:

  • Three lunches (Saturday 12th September–Monday 14th)
  • Welcome snacks (Friday 11th September) 
  • Coffee/tea breaks (Friday 11th September–Monday 14th)
  • Symposium dinner (Friday 11th September)
  • A guided tour of Henan Universities' Minglun campus and the Iron Pagoda Park on the afternoon of Monday 14th

Please note that registration may be closed early if we reach capacity for the symposium, so we recommend that you register as early as possible.
