Registration, refund, cancellation policy

Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing (via email/fax) 28 days prior to the meeting start date. No refunds (partial or full) can be granted after this date. Requests for substitutions should be sent to the symposium administration and will normally be granted depending on space.

Registration Options

Regular	$220 USD
Student	$150 USD

The registration fee includes:

Four lunches (Saturday 20th June–Tuesday 23rd)
Coffee/tea breaks (Saturday 20th June–Monday 22nd)
The symposium dinner on Saturday 20th - includes transport to the dinner venue
A field trip to cerrado habitat at Itirapina on Tuesday 23rd

Please note that registration may be closed early if we reach capacity for the symposium, so we recommend that you register as early as possible.

An additional methods workshop focused on community and genomic analysis of introduced/invasive fungi will take place following the symposium. If you are interested in participating in this please contact np-symposia@lancaster.ac.uk. Note that there is no cost for the workshop; however, participants selected to attend will need to meet their own accommodation and travel costs.
