Registration, refund, cancellation policy

Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing (via email/fax) 28 days prior to the meeting start date. No refunds (partial or full) can be granted after this date. Requests for substitutions should be sent to the symposium administration and will normally be granted depending on space.

The registration fee includes:

Three lunches (Wednesday 7^th, Thursday 8^th and Friday 9^th)
Symposium dinner
Coffee / tea breaks throughout
Poster sessions on two evenings
*Accommodation in single or shared occupancy rooms for 3 nights (Tuesday 6^th, Wednesday 7^th and Thursday 8^th)

If you require accommodation before or after the symposium please contact np-symposia@lancaster.ac.uk as we have reserved a limited number of rooms in the hotel.

A field trip will be organised prior to the symposium to Kakum National Park. After the symposium we plan to have a field trip to Mole National Park. If you wish to join either of these there will be additional costs involved, more information about the field trips can be found here.

If registration reaches capacity, we may need to close registration early, so we advise that you register as soon as possible. Grant and poster submissions can be completed after registration. In the event that we have to close registration early, we will open up a waiting list. Please note that your place will not be secured until you have paid for registration.
