Registration, refund, cancellation policy

Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing (via email/fax) 28 days prior to the meeting start date. No refunds (partial or full) can be granted after this date. Requests for substitutions should be sent to the symposium administration and will normally be granted depending on space.

The registration fee includes:

  • Poster session with reception
  • Lunches and coffee/tea breaks
  • Conference dinner
  • Full day field trip to National Park of Pollino
