The registration fee includes:
- Accommodation at St Hugh’s College for 3 nights (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday nights) including breakfast
- Poster session with reception
- All lunches and refreshment breaks
- Conference dinner
If you wish to book additional nights of accommodation at St Hugh’s College please go to the Accommodation page once you have registered.
Registration, refund,
cancellation policy
Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing (via Email/FAX) 28 days prior to the meeting start date. No refunds (partial or full) can be granted after this date. Anyone who registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
