The registration fee includes bed and breakfast accommodation for 3 nights (11, 12 and 13th April) staying in single ensuite rooms at St Hugh’s College where the meeting is being held.
If you would like to stay at St Hugh’s College for additional nights (Saturday 10th or Wednesday 14th April) please complete the below form. After submitting this form you can either proceed to pay by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Once we have received payment we will arrange this accommodation for you. To book additional nights of accommodation you will need to enter your registration reference code which was emailed to you when you registered for the meeting, if you do not know this please contact Jill Brooke newphytsymp@lancaster.ac.uk
