Registration, refund, cancellation policy

Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing (via email/fax) 28 days prior to the meeting start date. No refunds (partial or full) can be granted after this date. Requests for substitutions should be sent to the symposium administration and will normally be granted depending on space.

**IMPORTANT. Due to high demand we are now fully subscribed for this symposium. This page is intended only for those people who have signed up to the waiting list and subsequently invited to register by the symposium administration. Any uninvited registrations will be withdrawn.**

The registration fee includes:

Tour of Arnold Arboretum
Conference dinner (Wednesday evening)
