Registration fees

Registration fees cover all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and refreshment breaks, beginning with a light reception on Wednesday 17th and concluding with dinner on Friday 19 September 2008. The rate is based on the type of accommodation that you choose and will include the nights of 17, 18 & 19 September 2008:

Single room $715 US Dollars
Twin/Triple room (2/3 sharing)* $525 US Dollars
Chalet (up to 10 sharing) $365 US Dollars

*Rooming lists will be collated for twin, triple and chalet rooms. If you would like to share with someone in particular please indicate their name(s) on the registration form.

Registration procedure

Participants should first register for the meeting. You will be notified within two weeks whether your application has been accepted or not by the Chair of the Organizing committee. Once accepted your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Travel grants

A number of travel grants are available for students and early-stage career scientists wishing to attend the meeting. Please refer to the posters & grants page for details on how to apply.

Registration, refund, cancellation policy

Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing (via Email/FAX) 28 days prior to the meeting start date. No refunds (partial or full) can be granted after this date. Anyone who registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
