The registration fee includes the following: reception on Wednesday evening; lunch and refreshment breaks on both Thursday and Friday and the conference dinner on the Thursday evening. Accommodation is to be booked by delegates themselves and is not included in the registration fee.

Registration, refund, cancellation policy

Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing (via Email/FAX) 28 days prior to the meeting start date. No refunds (partial or full) can be granted after this date. Anyone who registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
