The single bedroom rate is where one person is assigned to a bedroom in two and three-bedroom cabins, each participant has his/her own room and shares a bathroom.

The shared bedroom rate is where one person is assigned to a bed and shares a bedroom and bathroom in a cabin with two to four other participants.

The registration fees include:

  • Accommodation for 3 nights (16th, 17th and 18th September)
  • Three meals each day served in the dining room
  • Coffee/tea breaks
  • Courtesy transportation to and from the Reno/Tahoe Airport depot in S. Lake Tahoe on the first and last day of the symposium (see Travel for more details)
  • Use of on-site recreation facilities (weather and other conditions permitting): tennis, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, Ping-Pong, rowboats, sailboats and kayaks

Registration, refund, cancellation policy

Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing (via Email/FAX) 28 days prior to the meeting start date. No refunds (partial or full) can be granted after this date. Anyone who registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
