The New Phytologist Trust awards two types of grant/medal*:

The New Phytologist Tansley Medal for excellence in plant science is awarded annually to an individual in the early stages of their career.

New Phytologist Innovation Grants are small grants to assist innovation and advancement in plant science, often these form part-support/sponsorship of a scientific meeting or awards such as poster and lecture prizes. We also have a limited number of grants available to sponsor focus groups.
