The registration fee covers attendance to all sessions and also includes all lunches and refreshment breaks, a reception on the Monday evening (18 Sep) and the conference dinner on Tuesday evening (19 Sep), which will take place at the Hotel de Ville, Stanislas Square, Nancy. A number of travel grants are available for students and early-stage
career scientists wishing to attend the meeting. Please refer to the
posters & grants page for
details on how to apply. Payment Payment can be made in either Euros or UK Pounds Sterling. Please ensure that you pay all charges associated with the payment, if any, so that the full registration fee is paid to the Symposium. Please also ensure that payment is made out to the correctly named bank account – see below.
