The registration fee includes:
- Welcome reception at the Novotel,
Versailles (Sunday evening).
- Poster session with refreshments
(Monday evening).
- All lunches and refreshment breaks
(Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
- Excursion to the Palace of Versailles
(Tuesday afternoon).
- Conference dinner with a cruise
on the River Seine (Tuesday evening).
Please note accommodation is to
be booked by delegates themselves
and is not included in the registration

Registration, refund,
cancellation policy
Refunds will be made for cancellations
received in writing (via Email/FAX)
28 days prior to the meeting start
date. No refunds (partial or full)
can be granted after this date. Anyone
who registered but cannot attend may
send a substitute.
